Fortune 500-Grade SLAs
Most outsourcing vendors promise good service. VisionSync documents it. Every engagement runs against specific, named SLA metrics - not internal targets tracked quietly on our side, but numbers you see, reviewed with you monthly, and tied to what you pay.

The Five Metrics We Document
Uptime
System, telephony, and platform availability – because a support operation is only as reliable as the infrastructure behind it.
First Call Resolution (FCR)
The percentage of interactions resolved without a transfer or a follow-up call – a direct measure of whether your customers are actually getting helped the first time.
Average Handle Time (AHT)
How efficiently interactions are handled, balanced against quality – speed without accuracy isn’t a win, and this metric is tracked alongside FCR and CSAT specifically to catch that trade-off.
Accuracy
Data entry, claims processing, or transaction accuracy, depending on the service line – the specific accuracy definition is scoped to what your program actually does.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Direct feedback from your customers on the interactions handling their issue – the metric that ties the other four back to the experience your customers actually have.

Real-Time Reporting Dashboards
Enterprise procurement teams don't accept "we'll do our best." They require documented, measurable commitments - specific metrics, specific targets, reviewed on a set cadence, with real accountability if performance slips. That's the standard we apply to every VisionSync engagement, not just our largest programs.
Practically, that means your SLA isn't a marketing line - it's written into your engagement, measured against real data, and reviewed with you monthly rather than surfaced only when something goes wrong.
How We Hold Ourselves Accountable
- Monthly business reviews – SLA performance reviewed with you every month, not just when you ask
- Quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and a quarterly optimization roadmap
- Real-time dashboards – visibility into performance between formal reviews, not just at report time
- Fees tied to documented SLA performance – accountability built into the commercial structure, not separate from it
- AI-augmented QA on 100% of interactions – every interaction reviewed, not a small sample

FAQ
Cant find the answer?
What does "documented SLAs" mean in practice?
Your specific SLA targets are documented as part of the Solution Design process, measured using actual performance data, and reviewed with you regularly. This gives you clear visibility into how the program is performing rather than keeping SLA tracking internal.
Are SLA targets the same for every client?
No. SLA targets are customized during Solution Design based on your specific program requirements, industry, support model, expected volume, and business objectives. We do not apply a flat, one-size-fits-all SLA to every client.
Does a smaller program get the same SLA rigor as a large one?
Yes. Program size does not change the level of SLA accountability. The same documented, measurable, and regularly reviewed performance structure applies to both smaller and larger support programs.
How is SLA performance reported?
SLA performance is available through real-time dashboards between formal reviews. We also conduct monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), where performance results, trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities are discussed directly with your account team.
